Visual artist and film director based in Spain.
Born in Madrid, I always thought I would become a biologist, but my path changed when, as a teenager, art and photography showed up. I began my education in Journalism and Film&Media at public university, continued my studies in Film Direction at EFTI and have kept learning through courses such as directing actors at ECAM or experimental analogue cinematography at LAV Contemporary Laboratory.
My projects are narrative and experimental. For me, a handmade and intimate process is essential to create a unique and meaningful artistic piece, soaked in humanity and imperfections, setting it apart from fast, mass-produced content. I stay open to the unknown, embracing the naïve and capturing the magical side of life, from concept to aesthetics.
When I work for other people, I like to dive deep into their projects so that I can truly understand them and create something in tune. The visual element that makes their work shine and elevates it. My practice also includes photography, artwork, editing, and, most important for me, development of the concept, creative direction and scriptwriting.
